Is the service you provide confidential?
As most of the workers at Shakti come from black minority ethnic backgrounds, for Shakti confidentiality is a key issue. Anything you say to any member of the staff will kept confidential and we won’t disclose any information regarding your case to any other agency (social work department, etc..) without gaining your consent first.
